Infant Formula
Indications And Clinical Uses: A cow’s milk based, iron fortified formula designed to meet the nutritional needs of babies from 6 to 12 months of age who are already eating baby foods.
Follow-Up Formula is designed to be the liquid portion of a 6 to 12 month old baby’s diet. It is a nutritionally superior alternative to cow’s milk for the older baby.
Follow-Up Formula will help assure that a 6 to 12 month old baby receives the necessary nutrients, including iron, for healthy growth and development.
Contra-Indications: Not intended for feeding infants younger than 6 months of age. Follow-Up Formula is a milk-based formula which contains whole milk proteins and is therefore not suitable for infants with confirmed milk allergy.
Dosage And Administration: As determined by the individual infant’s needs, based on solid food consumption along with the liquid diet. Consult the physician for specific feeding recommendations.
Preparation: Concentrated Liquid: Clean can top. Shake well, and open. After opening, can may be covered and stored in refrigerator to be used within 48 hours. Mix equal amounts of formula and previously boiled water in a clean container and stir. Pour prepared formula directly into a clean bottle, cup, or mix with cereal or other solid foods. Feed immediately, or cover and refrigerate to be used within 48 hours. Discard unused formula left in bottle, cup or bowl after feeding.
Powder: Pour desired amount of previously boiled water into a clean container. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.4 g), enclosed, of powder for each 60 mL of water in the container. Stir well until powder is completely dissolved. Pour prepared formula directly into a clean bottle, cup, or mix with cereal or other solid foods. Feed immediately, or cover and store in refrigerator to be used within 24 hours. Discard unused formula left in bottle, cup or bowl after feeding.
One can will make approximately 2.4 L of formula.

Availability And Storage: Concentrated Liquid: Each can contains: water, skim milk powder, corn syrup, palm olein, maltodextrin, soybean oil, coconut oil, high monounsaturate safflower oil, minerals (tricalcium phosphate, calcium citrate, potassium chloride, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, potassium iodide), soy lecithin, vitamins (sodium ascorbate, inositol, choline chloride, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D3, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine HCl, folic acid, phylloquinone, biotin, vitamin B12).
Cans of 385 mL, cases of 12. Store unopened cans at room temperature. Avoid excessive temperatures. Use before date shown on top of can.

Cans of 340 g, cases of 6. Cover opened can and store in a cool dry place. Use within 1 month after opening. Use before date shown on bottom of can.
